* The preacher is a common man who works with his hands, has no 501c3 affiliation for his own ministry, and doesn’t answer to a board of trustees.

* He is accountable personally to the men who hear him preach locally, and is subject to their suggestions and admonitions.  Neither he nor those with whom he is in fellowship have any affiliation with ecumenical dialogues.

* He believes that it is more blessed to give than receive, and seeks to encourage, admonish and instruct those that will receive the message without partiality to the religious background, family descent, or former lives of those that listen and read.

* He believes that the New Testament shows that there may be variation in the form of local church government within its writings, but that subjection one to another and unwillingness to be corrected or reproved concerning doctrine and practice is sorely lacking in those that militantly profess Christ and the King James in the face of Roman Catholic domination.

* The preacher considers closely any instruction, correction or suggestion forwarded to him in the light of the New Testament and the Spirit of God, and does not hold himself to be beyond correction.

* Since it is more blessed to give than receive, he does not discourage those so moved in giving, and supports gospel based preaching and evangelism.

* No man has power to save his own soul, but as God gives grace, we do have the power to proclaim the all sufficiency of the sacrifice of Christ for those that come to him by faith alone.
