God's Word is offensive that is the way it is. And His sheep hear his voice. He is mighty to save. I am to be ready to give an answer for the hope that is within me. May the Lord provide an opportunity for me to tell the gospel for it is the power of God unto salvation. I really don't know what you think many lashes are but the servant that knew his Fathers (you'll notice I capitalized) will and didn't do it is going to get them and the one that didn't and didn't do will still get them just not as many. And by the way God charges us to know the season of His coming. That means have an understanding of prophesy. And there is always 1 Timothy 4:13. Your way off base.
